  • Are your plugins compatible with the latest Animal, Place or Thing release of MacOS?
    Yes! My plugins have been around since 2006 — 15 years. And, only once has an MacOS release caused a glitch with the plugins and it was patched months before Apple made the release public and many more months before Avid released a compatible version of Pro Tools. Plugins should not be breaking with every OS update.
  • Do you offer student or other specialized discounts?
    No. I'm a one man operation and the overhead of offering one-off discounts would consume my days and, in the long run, increase prices. Instead, I've kept the plugins affordable for everyone.
  • I've run your installer but can't find DRT anywhere in Pro Tools!?
    It's in the AudioSuite menu. Check out the tutorial videos on the plugin's webpage. It's not a difficult plugin to use but it's a little unconventional compared to most.
  • How many machines can I install a plugin on?
    The license agreement allows for installation on up to 3 of your Pro Tools systems simultaneously.
  • Are plugin licenses transferable?
    Licenses purchased before the introduction of the Progressive Pricing Policy (PPP) are transferable (1 Aug 2017). Licenses transferred on or after 17 July 2017 do not credit towards the PPP discount rate.
